BrightMove Pricing aims to be as simple, and transparent as possible. BrightMove provides users with an extensive list of core features in a single package with a simple pricing structure.
Pricing Essentials:
- Cost - Our core product, with all its features, starts at $95 per user / per month, with a one year commitment. Pricing consideration will be given for multi-user accounts as well.
- Contracts - There are no term commitments required with BrightMove. While we do offer discounted pricing if you choose to commit to a service term, all that we require for lowering the number of users on the account, or for discontinuing service is 30 days notice. We own the relationship. We will not hold you, or your data, hostage. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can walk away with 30 days notice. Your data belongs to you. Your data is available for download from inside of BrightMove within one day of requesting it.
- Activation Fee - There is no cost to activate your BrightMove account. Billing is done on the first of every month, paid in advance. Once payment arrangements are made, you will be activated, and working within a few hours.
- Support - In addition to online web support, live chat support (Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm EST), and email support, each customer is assigned an account manager (a real live person) to speak with. There are NO additional support costs.
- Initial Training - There is no cost for training with BrightMove. Start-up classes are scheduled regularly for new users and are conducted via Webinar. Additional training can be arranged at no cost through the account manager.
- Data Migration - BrightMove offers every customer several tools to migrate data into BrightMove at no cost. We have a contact template that allows importing contacts 1000 at a time. For candidates, Brightmove provides a tool for importing resumes from a local source 250 at a time – parsing the resumes and creating candidate records. BrightMove also provides you with an email parser address for emailing resumes directly into your database one at a time – parsing the resume and creating the candidate record. Pricing for migrations requiring the BrightMove IT team must be negotiated.

- Configurable Workflows - Configure BrightMove to work for you with user defined workflows for tracking your company’s submittal and hiring process. Establish key activity steps and data capture points for recruiters so that you stay on target and compliant.
- Career Portals - Create portals for employees or applicants that allow you to control the jobs and data seen when an applicant enters your website. Brand your user experience all through our easy to use configuration tools and create just the right entry point for your potential hires.
- Job Posting - Easily Post your jobs to over 300+ social networks, to your career portals, Simply Hired, Indeed, and to your existing Monster account, Dice account, and/or Career Builder account directly from BrightMove. We also partner with DataFrenzy allowing you to push jobs directly from BrightMove via your DataFrenzy account.
- Social Networking - In addition to posting your jobs directly to over 300+ social networks, BrightMove provides you with an RSS feed for your account, allowing subscribers to subscribe to your feed, and better still, this feed can be pushed to multiple social networks automatically through the use of free, third party vendors. Candidates and Contacts social network profiles can be reviewed directly from their record in BrightMove. Internal searches can be quickly expanded to scour the web and social networks directly from the search result screen.
- Sourcing – BrightMove gives you access to some of the web’s best tools for sourcing from any resume source.
- With our SourceJet Tool, we provide a single tool that searches over 1000 resume sources. Once you find the right applicants, you can selectively import those records directly into BrightMove.
- Our LinkedIn integration is fast and simple. Import search results as either Contacts or Candidates into your database.

- Sales - BrightMove provides users with a full featured CRM that includes Outlook integration via our BrightMove Outlook Add-In that helps you track all incoming and outgoing email correspondence. A full featured calendar for activity planning and sharing, appointment setting, etc. Our calendar utilizes the vCalendar format allowing activities and appointments to be shared with virtually any calendar system, such as Google and Outlook.
