BrightMove Applicant Tracking System is EVEN BETTER!

BrightMove Applicant Tracking System’s enhanced functionality will help recruiters, sales managers, HR and Staffing Professionals. The BrightMove development staff has been working hard in conjunction with our current clients to make our applicant tracking software even better with this newest release. Our goal is to make your lives easier by providing you with staffing software that helps streamline the entire recruiting and hiring process. The following features have been added to the BrightMove Applicant Tracking System to help HR and Staffing professionals even more:

• HTML email capability
• Knock-out questions: our staffing software now gives our clients the ability to ask general questions for all applicants who want to apply for employment and the separate ability to add knock-out questions for each individual job requirement.
• Our staffing software helps our clients to sort an Applicant Search by Status, City, State, Title, and Available Date (of candidate)
• Our applicant tracking software now provides you with “Search engine style” results when they conduct an applicant search
• Clients now have the ability to search not only resumes for words and/or skills sets, but they can search Notes, Activities, and Attachments
• Search results now have BrightView: BrightView is the “Smart Feature” of our Applicant Tracking Software that allows our clients to view the first 1,000 characters of your candidate’s resume simply by scrolling over the icon. Clients never have to leave the results screen!
• Upon special request form clients, we have improved our staffing software by adding the ability for you to send resumes to our email parser using more than one email address! Now all of the emails from all of our clients' different email addresses will be tracked and added to their individual planner!
• Super new feature that that sends our cliets who are recruiters an email upon a candidate being selected by a client contact
• We have added many User Defined Fields to our applicant tracking system so that our clients' business processes mold the product and make it work for them. Our clients can now define custom fields in: Applicant, Requirement, Client Contact, Client, and Client Location
• Now when clients do a mass submittal of candidates to a Client Contact, they will see on their applicant status that they have been submitted to that contact
• Our clients now have the ability to Customize: Activity Type, Applicant Status, Difficulty Level (related to Exams/Assessments), Education Type, Job Group, Phone Type, Race, Requirement Status
• Our staffing software now gives clients the ability to export all reports easily to Excel
• We have added several new Reports that our clients can request access to (no charge!) They include: Requirement report (shows open requirement s and associated information), Submittal report (shows all submittals and associated information), Activity report (both personal and for all employees depending upon your role in the company)
• The new Activity Report allows clients to see activities for Today, Yesterday, and the entire Month
• Our clients can now save reports they have run
