The most significant feature of this release is the integrated resume searching capability with CareerBuilder. Users can register their CareerBuilder credentials in BrightMove, and then seamlessly search resumes and import applicant profiles from CareerBuilder into BrightMove. This is a true “One Click” sourcing solution for finding new talent.

In addition to the integrated resume searching, users can now mark jobs specifically for public access and capture EEOC data directly from their company careers website. The company careers website is a standard feature with all BrightMove subscription levels that enables a company to post all their public job openings to the web and accept online applications.
