Users can register their CareerBuilder credentials in BrightMove, and then seamlessly search resumes and import applicant profiles from CareerBuilder into BrightMove. In addition to the integrated resume searching, users can now mark jobs specifically for public access and capture EEOC data directly from their company careers website. The company careers website is a standard feature with all BrightMove subscription levels that enables a company to post all their public job openings to the web and accept online applications.
