Is there a way for me to screen resumes or applicants PRIOR to submitting them to a position? Can I test skills or other relevant competencies using tools in Brightmove?

BrightMove ATS offers an exam engine just for this purpose.  Recruiters can create multiple choice exams and set pass/fail thresholds to quickly and effectively screen out unqualified candidates.

You can create generic exams for broad job requirements, or specific exams for a particular hiring manager.  All exams are graded in real time and the applicant knows their disposition right away.

In addition to exams, BrightMove also uses OFCCP certified “Basic Qualification” questions on the initial online application.  This is a fair and EEOC compliant fitlering process that will keep you from getting overloaded with unqualified applicants.  To round out this feature set, we offer a detailed OFCCP report at the Job (Requirement) and Company level in case of an OFCCP audit.

The BrightMove OFCCP report has allowed me to sleep again…literally.  I would estimate the OFCCP Reporting feature would have saved my company millions of dollars in auditing costs.
