Folders are a great way to organize and share information. BrightMove offers folders for Applicants, Clients, Contacts and Requirements. You can create a folder from the Folder submenu or bymoving a list of Applicants to a new Folder. You can simply edit a folder to make it “Public” so others can see it.
Once in a folder of Applicants, you can submit them to a Job Requirement, send them an email, or there are other options available for our drop down action lists.
Folders are quickly replacing the old school thought of skills comparison. They enable logical grouping based on human cognitive processing.
