BrightMove supports radius searching of Applicants in our Applicant Tracking System, and we support radius searching of jobs on our career portal for companies.

All Radius searching is driven by postal code.  As of today we support radius searching for the US and Canada.  We will implement radius searching for the UK in the coming months.

Regardless of the data in the City and State/Province fields, an invalid Postal Code will prevent a radius search from working correctly on a record.

All of our radius searching uses latitude and longitude so our radius areas are precise.  Since latitude and longitude do not know anything about borders, it is easy for companies near the US/Canada border to recruit from both countries.
