BrightMove Recruiting Software version 4.5 Released

Dear BrightMove Recruiting Software Community:

I am pleased to announce that we will be releasing BrightMove ATS version 4.5 this week. This new version is one of the most exciting releases of which I have been affiliated. There are 5 major components that we have added in order to help you work smarter, not harder.

Folders, Folders, Folders – Literally! We added the popular folders to Clients, Client Contacts, and Job Requirements. These folder functions round out our folder functionality, adding to the already popular Applicant folders.
NOTE: Folders are also available on all search screens to give you more power in finding the information you are looking for…faster.
Search Everything. We have added Advanced Search for Clients and Client Contacts. Now, everything can be searched, including all User Defined Fields.
Standard Results. We have expanded on our “Google” style search results that were a big hit on the Applicant Search. Now all search results adhere to this standard.
Multiple Office Support. This feature is great for our National customers, but also extends right into the single shop customers. Limit what your employees can see based on what they own, who is on their team, or which office they are assigned to. You can segregate contacts and requirements using permissions and company structure.
Client/Office Notes. You can now record notes at the Client and Client Office level for prospecting and CRM activities. This allows you to track sales progress even before you have a contact within a new company.

In addition to these 5 improvements, there are also some minor bug fixes and enhancements. Please contact your Customer Service Representative if you have any questions about the new features.
