There are four reasons that I switched from my ATS that I used over a year ago to Brightmove. One of the reasons is that it takes just one e-mail and a resume is instantly parsed. My old system required 3 or 4 keystrokes to achieve that. Secondly, the job postings to sites like Indeed.com and SimplyHired.com are a great feature (get a lot of resumes this way). Third, the applicant sourcing feature lets me import contacts/applicants from Linkedin (where I have around 1000 connections) right into my database. Lastly, I like the pricing structure: good monthly rate, plus not locked into a contract. As you can see from the above, I am extremely happy with Brightmove and plan on continuing using it for years to come. I even recommended it to a few of my colleagues.
