The Affirmative Action Report
Overview
The Affirmative Action Report provides a snapshot of candidate information in a date range selected by the user. The information provided includes Applicant Name, Internal ID, Race, gender, Job Group, Employment Status, Recruitment status (e.g. decline, accepted), hire date, applied date, and the reason they were turned down or accepted as an applicant.
How to pull the report
On the left side tool bar click on the small plus sign next the Reports Option. From the expanded menu, select the “Affirmative Action” option. The Affirmative Action Summary screen will be displayed.
Enter the Start and End dates that you would like to constrain the report by. Use the Page Size menu to choose how many results you will see per screen. Once all of the choices have been made click the “Submit” button, and the report will be generated and displayed.
This report may be exported to Excel by choosing the “Export to Excel” option.
