Applicant Search Results
Once you have conducted an Applicant Searcch, you will get a results set that is “Search Engine Style”. The search result screen will display the candidate’s name, location, status, availability date, the last date that the applicant profile was modified and by whom, the telephone number of the applicant, and the applicant’s email address. These results will be in List format.
If you do a search by Resume, Activity or notes, you will also see the “BrightView” icon that will allow you to see the first 1000 characters of the resume, activity, or note.
BrightView Feature
It is eay to use the BrightView feature to see the resume of a candiadte without navigating away from the Search Results Screen.
When you perform a skills search or keyword search and you search resumes, you will have an option next to the candidate’s name that says “View Resume” and then an icon that looks like a sheet of paper. If you mouse over this icon, you can view the first 1000 characters of the applicant’s resume. It is called the “BrightView” Icon.
Applicant Profile
In order to see an Applicant’s detailed profile, simply click on the applicant’s name. The Sytsem will redirect you to the Applicant Profile screen.
