Submit One Applicant or Multiple Applicants to a Client Contact

On the requirement profile screen, there is section that titled “Submittals”. In that section, there is a list of each candidate that has applied to or that has been submitted to the requirement.

Check to box that you see next to the names of the candidates that you would like to send to the client contact. Then, from the drop down menu that you see to the upper right of the list of applicants, select “Send to Contact”. Click the blue “Submit” button. The “Sendout Applicants” screen will be displayed.

You will see each applicant’s name at the top of a box that has a line for an email subject, a box to type the body of your email in, and also a list of all of the attachments associated with that applicant. You should select the appropriate attachment that you would like to contact t receive by highlighting it on the list (for example, a formatted resume). Then, enter the email subject in the box provided. Type the body of the email as well. Do this for each separate candidate that you see on the Sendout Applicant screen. Once you have composed the email for each applicant, click the blue “submit” button at the bottom of the Sendout Applicants screen. The contact will receive a separate email for each applicant submitted.

Submit an Applicant to a Requirement

First, select “Submit to Requirement” from the Options Menu. A list of the open requirements in BrightMove will be displayed. Highlight the requirement that you wish to submit the applicant to, and click the blue “Submit” key. The applicant will now be shown under the submittals section of the requirement Profile. (NOTE: Submitting an applicant to a requirement DOES NOT submit the applicant to the hiring manager)
