Client Profile
Overview
The Client Profile record is the information associated with a potential or current client. It outlines company information such as address, mailing address, and billing information.
Parts of the Client Profile
The Client Profile Contains The Company Name, Website, and Address. It also holds the following information:
Billing Information
Billing terms and billing address
Attachments
Any document that has been attached to the Client Profile (e.g. a scanned copy of a contract or a list of questions they would like the recruiters from your firm to ask each candidate before submittal).
Client Information
An area where notes and important information about the client can be recorded by the BrightMove user.
Requirements
An interactive list of all job requirements associated with the client.
Client Locations
An interactive list of the different offices associated with the client.
Client Contacts
An interactive listing of the hiring managers and other client contacts working for the Client.
