No matter what screen you are viewing in the BrightMove Application, you will always see the words “live help” in the blue bar next to an icon that looks like a life preserver. Any time you have a question and would like to chat with a BrightMove Account Manager via Instant message, click on the words “Live Help”. A chat window will be opened up and during normal business hours (approximately 8:00 – 5:00 EST) a rep will be online to help you. If it is outside normal hours or if every representative is busy, an email with your question will automatically be generated and sent to BrightMove support. You email will be answered ASAP.
