OFCCP Report
Overview
The OFCCP Report that is generated by BrightMove summarizes all of the information required by the OFCCP. It contains:
A record of the Requirement details (such as the job title, number of openings etc.).
The race distribution of all applicants in chart format.
A list of all applicants who were submitted to the requirement, all internal searches done of the BrightMove database, and any external searches manually entered as completed for the requirement.
A breakdown, by applicant, of each applicant’s answers to the Basic Qualification Questions asked.
How to Create an OFCCP Report
On the options menu of the requirement Profile for which you need the report, select “Generate OFCCP Report”. It will take around 30 seconds for the report to be generated and then you will have the option to Save the report or Run the report. The report is in PDF format, and may be saved to your local computer. You may also choose to add it as an attachment to the Requirement Profile.
