Profile Tool Box
Overview
The Profile Option on the Tools menu contains the user’s person profile. The information here includes name, address, email signature, email address, and time zone.
Editing your profile
To Edit your profile, select “profile” from the tools menu. Next, click the “Edit” button on the bottom right of the screen. Make the necessary changes, and then click the “Submit” key. The changes will be saved.
Setting up your email signature
Select “Profile” from the tools menu, and then click the “Edit” button. Type the signature that you would like to spear on the emails that you send from BrightMove. Click the “Submit” key when you are satisfied with your signature. It will be automatically attached to all emails that you send from BrightMove.
Using Alternate Email Addresses
You will only see emails sent through the parser on your dashboard Calendar if you sent them from an email address that you have set up in BrightMove. To set up more than one email address, click “Manage Alternate Email Addresses” on your Profile screen, and enter the addresses you would like to parse emails from.
