Requirement Status Customization

Requirement Status Overview

It describes what state the job order occupies in the recruiting process. Some examples are open, filled, and pending approval.

How to Add a Requirement Status

Select “Requirement Status” from the Customization menu. The “Create New Requirement Status” screen will be displayed. Type in the name of the status you want to add in the provided field at the top of the screen. Next, check the box next to “submittable” if you would like to be able to submit Applicants to a requirement with this status. Check the box next to “reportable” if you would like requirements wit this status to show on your Requirement Report. Click on the “Save” button just under where you have typed the name of the new type. The new group will now appear on the “Current Job Groups” list in the middle of the screen.

To order the list of statuses so that they are displayed in the drop down menu in the most convenient way, highlight a status on the “Display Order Table”, and then use the up and down buttons to move it on the list. The menu choices will be displayed in the order you set.

How to Edit a Requirement Status

From the Current Requirement Statuses list click on the status that needs to be edited. The “Edit Requirement Status” screen will be displayed. Make the required changes, and then click the Save button just underneath the Edit field.

How to Delete a Requirement Status

To delete it completely, Click on the icon displayed to the right of the status name in the “Delete” column of the Current Requirement Statuses list. To just make it unavailable as a choice, uncheck the box in the “Available Choice” column of that same list.
