Our History

The hiring software we were using didn’t provide us with the staffing solutions we needed. We looked throughout the Applicant Tracking System marketplace and we were still left without the necessary tools we required.

We wanted speed, simplicity, and functionality. We saw the opportunity to create new tools that would help us optimally manage the business, and a chance to become pioneers in recruiting, helping our clients find candidates easier and more efficiently. We built our own ATS tools that resulted in better-informed business decisions for us and our clients. This was the start of what would become BrightMove. We began to grow and hired some bright minded people who loved to work and live on the beautiful northeastern coast of Florida.
