Zapier allows you to connect the apps you know and love and get them automatically talking to each other, executing workflows, taking care of repetitive tasks and saving you and your team time!

You probably heard about the BrightMove and Zapier integration last year but just never found time to try it right?  This is truly one of those moments where a 5-minute investment of your time will pay off huge productivity dividends over the short, medium and long-term.

Let's start with the basics. What is a Zap and how does it work?

A Zap is a blueprint for a workflow you want to do over and over automatically. Creating a Zap generally takes 3 to 5 minutes and involves choosing a trigger, adding one or more action steps, testing the Zap, and then turning on the Zap.

Setting up a Zapier account https://zapier.com/ is your first step. As of April 2017, Zapier offers a Free version. This Free version will work with BrightMove Zaps and allows you to create up to 5 Zaps. They also have more advanced paid plans once you and your team become huge fans and see how much time and money Zaps can actually save you!

It's time to get those free Zaps working for you and your team!
