They’re likely more prepared than anyone could possibly be when stepping into a new role. This means that they’re much more likely to step in and quickly become your next superstar. As an added bonus, the excitement and enthusiasm they bring to the table are downright contagious. The rest of your team won’t be able to help but smile more, get a little more pumped about that meeting or project, and pay that enthusiasm forward to the next team member. As a result, retention improves.
