Back in January, we announced that our Customer Support team were finalists for a Stevie Award.  I am proud to announce our team was selected for a 2018 Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the year category for software.

More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.

Our team manages the needs of over 1,200 software users across six countries. In 2017 their average response time was just 18 seconds - earning an overall customer service ticket satisfaction rating of 98% (verified by Zendesk).
