As former recruiters, we know how important it is to benchmark our productivity and that of our team – especially for customers. Often in the recruiting industry - we are so busy delivering - we find it difficult to carve out time to run the necessary reports.
That’s why we developed a flexible Ad-Hoc reporting interface for generating custom reports within BrightMove. It is located in the My Quick Links menu in the Reports section.
Just press New Report at the top right of the reports page; select a Subject Area, Title, Max Number of Results, and if you want your report to be Public or Private. You can then customize in the Fields tab all of the columns you want in your report and also adjust the order by dragging the Filter tab. The Sorting tab allows you to sort fields by ascending or descending order. When you have finished designing your report press Save Report and you are done!
