Issue 24 | We did it again, We Won Silver!

I am proud to announce our team was selected for a 2018 International Silver Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the year.


The International Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service are the world’s top honors. The IBA awards companies for customer service, business development, and sales professionals. The International Stevie Awards organizes seven of the world’s leading business awards programs. It also includes the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business Awards® (IBA).

The IBA receives more than 3,900 nominations of all types in 74 nations. Winners were determined by the average scores of judges that hold a chair as a senior-level executive. BrightMove was selected for the Bronze Award for Software Customer Service Department of the Year for their 2017 efforts. This marks BrightMove's second Stevie Accolade.

BrightMove’s Customer Service Department manages the needs of over 1,300 software users across six countries. In 2018 their average response time was just 19 seconds - earning an overall customer service ticket satisfaction rating of 98% (verified by Zendesk).
