David has over 22 years of experience in software development, specifically in the staffing and recruitment vertical. Mr. Webb is the founder and visionary behind the current BrightMove ATS product and platform. In addition to his work at BrightMove, David has designed and implemented enterprise level software systems at companies such as Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, PSS/McKesson and Vistakon (Johnson & Johnson).

Having designed one of the first online HR applications (Computerwork.com) in the early 90’s, Mr. Hurff has more than two decades of experience in the HR software industry, specifically in the staffing and recruitment vertical. Mr. Hurff has designed and implemented large-scale software solutions at companies like Bank of America, Citibank, and the State of Florida. James is an active leader with a focus on quality solutions using industry standards.

Michael G. Brandt, Board Member
With a focus on recruiting software, Mr. Brandt has over 20 years of global human capital management experience. Before BrightMove, Mr. Brandt was a member of the young Vurv Technology (formerly Recruitmax) team and helped design the first web-based eRecruitment solution for Vurv, which ultimately solidified the company’s market dominance. Mr. Brandt then headed up operations for Asia Pacific before Taleo’s purchase of Vurv for $128 million. Michael went on to become the VP of Asia Pacific and subsequently the EVP of Mid-Market Solutions globally for Softscape before joining the BrightMove team.
