BrightFlow organizes your submittal statuses into swim lanes (also called stages). Each status appears as a column and each candidate appears as a card, so the entire hiring pipeline for a job is visible in one screen instead of buried in list views.
Move a candidate to a new status by dragging their card into a different swim lane—no dropdowns, no extra clicks. Recruiters update the pipeline as fast as the conversation happens.
Status tiles are color-coded by default so the pipeline reads at a glance: green for Placement statuses, blue for Submitted to Client (Sendout), red for Declined or Rejected, and gray for everything else. Swim lane header colors are fully customizable.
