Share Every Job With One Click, On Brand

BrightMove connects your open roles to LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Reddit with a single click, using a company or job-specific image so every share looks consistent and professional.

Why recruiters rely on social sharing

One-click sharing to every network

From the job profile’s Job Sharing/Posting panel, click a network icon for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, or Reddit to open that site’s share dialog with your job link pre-filled—add your own text and publish.

Company and job-level branding

Set a default company image once as a safety net, then add a unique job-level image for high-visibility roles. If a job-level image is removed later, the company image takes over automatically.

Built for clean previews

Use a 1.91:1 aspect ratio image (1200×630px or larger) so your share preview never looks cropped or random—without a set image, the social site will pick one on its own, and results can be low quality.

Direct portal links, ready to paste

Copy the Direct Link to Job on Candidate Portal from the Job Sharing/Posting panel any time you want to share manually—email, Slack, or anywhere a one-click button won’t reach.

Email sharing built in

Use the email icon in Job Sharing/Posting to open your mail client with the job link already in the body—no copy-pasting URLs required.

Refresh a stale preview

Social platforms cache previews, so an old image can linger after you update it. Use each platform’s own preview tool—like Facebook’s Sharing Debugger—to force a refresh.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I share a job on social media from BrightMove?

Open the job profile, make sure it’s marked Post to Web, then scroll to Job Sharing/Posting in the left panel and click a network icon—LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, or Reddit—to open that site’s share dialog with your link pre-filled.

What’s the difference between a company image and a job image?

A company-level image is your default fallback used for every job. A job-level image overrides that default for a specific role. If you remove the job-level image later, the company image is used automatically.

What happens if I don’t set either image?

The social platform will choose an image on its own, which can look random, low-quality, or cropped. Setting at least a company-level image avoids this.

What image size should I use?

Use roughly a 1.91:1 aspect ratio, such as 1200×630 pixels or larger, in JPG or PNG format, to avoid cropping on social previews.

My image changed but the old one still shows when I share. Why?

Social platforms cache link previews. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the platform’s own tool—like Facebook’s Sharing Debugger or X’s Card Validator—to force a refresh.

Can I share a job link manually instead of using the one-click buttons?

Yes. Use Direct Link to Job on Candidate Portal in the Job Sharing/Posting panel to copy the exact link, or use the email icon to open your mail client with the link pre-filled.
